The Citadel Beach Club is BACK OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

The Citadel Beach Club is back in business and accepting event bookings! The renovations were completed in just nine months, despite delays from tropical storms and Hurricane Matthew. The Col. Robert R. McCormick Beach Club of The Citadel (The Citadel Beach Club) was damaged in the early morning hours of May 2016 when a fast-moving fire broke out.

Because of extensive fire, smoke and water damage, the structure’s interior was taken down to the studs. The roof, all plumbing, wiring and electrical fixtures, as well as equipment such as the catering kitchen, was replaced. Upgrades were made to flooring, restrooms and various mechanical items. The general layout of the club was not altered, other than the addition of a new bridal suite.

The Citadel Beach Club hosts more than 100 events annually. To make a reservations to hold an event at The Citadel Beach Club, please click here, send an email to reservations@citadel.edu, or call (843) 953-2665. To find out more about the event spaces, click here.

The address is 4700 Palm Boulevard, Isle of Palms, South Carolina, 29451.
